WORST PROPERTY TO EVER LIVE ON!!!!!! I REGRET MOVING HERE!!!!!!
June 2, 2021They have rodents all over the property and by the trashcan where you dump your trash. When I first moved in it also was a roach problem. After a few months in the new apartment we then started to see rodents running in the apartment. After further examination I saw that the maintenance never did their job as far is preparing the apartment for a new move in when the carpet still lifted up and it was a gateway for the rodents to get to and from my apartment. When I express my concerns to the ...property manager she had no empathy for my situation or circumstance even though this was due to the cause of this property. This has been over a month ago and I am still dealing with this current situation. They don’t have any maintenance on the property and when they do they are short staffed. When I went to complain to the leasing consultant about my problems he called the maintenance tech and he told the leasing consultant to stop calling him as soon as he picked up the phone call. Now after it’s been over a month really with this problem of rodents in my apartment the property manager is now telling me that I will have to wait 48 hours in order for my ticket to be completed with my ticket should’ve already been in the system. and let’s not talk about the noise you hear every little thing in every other apartment you’re surrounded by. Sometimes I have to get out of there because it sounds like someone is actually walking in my apartment and it is the apartment upstairs of the apartment beside me I can’t hear full conversations like they are in my apartment so the noise it doesn’t have any noise cancellation you hear literally everything that’s going on in any of the apartment and I’m pretty sure they can hear everything that’s going on here. On top of this not being a safe environment the other day it just was a shoe out why I was still light outside and kids outside playing. Close to Metro, Cheaper than DC
August 3, 2015Grounds are well maintained. Rent increases yearly, also pay for water, gas, electric, mandatory renter's insurance. Close to Suitland metro Green line. Pipes produce rusty water, problems with roaches though pest control available on request. Neighborhood a little dicey, numerous packages stolen from building and no controlled access to building or parking lot.Review from Apartments.com
