You Have Been Warned
May 12, 2022I moved in 18 months ago, initially I enjoyed the location. There was an issue with the dryer, the maintenance and management team required a lot of nudging to make the repair. However, it was done and I overlooked their casual attitude about making the repairs. Fast forward to now, I have been strung along regarding an HVAC repair for over a month. I have had to use emergency heat I order to heat the apartment and there is no AC. The main office is concerned with “a cheaper estimate “ from a ...second contractor. That second contractor did what some contractors do - did not start when they said they would and sis not finish. Meanwhile my rent increased. The customer service here is deplorable and while they are worried about saving money, they are taking more of mine. This explains why people are moving out in droves. The entire property management team that was here when I moved in has left. Save yourself some money like this property management company has and find another place to live.Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2020Only apartment complex in the area which allows dogs over 30 lbs. for the most part, my four years at Madison Glen Mills was wonderful. It is close to my work and the community is beautiful. My issue was that each year's increase in rent added up to the point that I could build a townhouse and have a mortgage that was close in price. The matter was resolved immediately, and the staff worked with me to schedule time to come into my apartment to complete the repair. Everything looks great!
