“No air conditioner repair until summer”
April 15, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Every year the air conditioning system runs out of refrigerant and they refuse to fix the problem. We put a work order in to have them fix our air conditioner and they told us they were not fixing it until the summer unless we had a doctor note. Everyday of this week has hit the mid to upper 70s outside and the temperature in the inside of our apartment has been higher than that. We can’t even use our stove because it raises the temperature of our apartment. The temperature is ...so hot it is near heat stroke conditions inside of our apartment. We have to drink plenty of fluids so we don’t suffer from dehydration. The conditions inside of our apartment is horrible. We have to run cold water out of all the faucets and showers with fans nearby to try to cool the place down. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!Property Manager Responded

I have seen inside, and while not the newest properties available, they are clean and well maintained. The rent is also reasonable, compared to many I have encountered. Never Again
October 4, 2015I'll start with the positives cost and space. Well that was quick. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. Constant criminal activity , horrible upkeep of homes and grounds, parking, bugs, trash all over property, SO many unsupervised children, drugs, rude and unprofessional leasing office, pool rarely open. I cannot wait to get out of here. I suggest spending a few extra bucks for a better place. I learned the hard way.Review from Apartments.com
