May 2, 2025The worst. Roaches and bedbugs. Dirty carpets. They don't clean the apartment before you move in so you're stuck with whoever's nastiness is left over. The stove/oven, refrigerator, bathrooms are not cleaned before move in. The pool doesn't work and is green. The pond (which is their responsibility) is full of algae, stinks, and the fish have died. I saw a baby turtle sitting on a dead fish. It's gross. There's supposed to be a salon, but the woman is not reliable and is rarely there. The fitness ...center is a joke. The management crew are rude and will shut the door in your face. BUT, they will raise the rent while removing and repairing amenities. Do yourself a huge favor. DON'T move here. August 23, 2023Place is infested with roaches. Refuse to paint or clean apartment’s properly before move in. Old paint peeling from walls. Stairwells filthy. Maintenance doesn’t fix things properly or in a timely manner.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I love my building, I feel safe and secure here. I have a washer and dryer and a garbage shoot. you have to have a code to get on the grounds after a certain time, also you have to have a code to get in the building. we have an exercise room a game room a pond with ducks, and it is very peaceful.
