The lay out of the apartments make it easy to get to any apartment from the parking areas. The pools are always kept clean when it’s swimming season. The community is quiet and alsways peaceful. Overall it’s truly a haven for my family!

Very helpful and always willing to help you through any situation. The campus is always kept clean and tidy. Air condition and heat work amazing. Trash can is a little far from my apartment but, that is my ONLY complaint.

My only issue is when I first moved here there were no dogs allowed, which has since changed so now my youngest daughter definitely has to watch when she’s playing out in the grass area, because some people don’t pick up ...after their dogs and there are now poop bags located around the community.Read More

We love our new apartment here at Sonoma and we for sure didn’t regret it! Very amazing people and it’s a quite area no one really bothers you, and if you need anything you can call even after hours.

I don’t have any issues, Annette the manager is very understanding and always goes out of her way for the residents. I like how she does monthly get togethers, especially for the kids. My neighbors are friendly, rooms are spacey, and it’s very convenient to parks and nearby stores.
