Hard to believe I have been here nearly 60 days now. My experience with Madison Park Apartments has been a truly a 5-star experience. The community is quiet, the grounds are well-maintained, all common areas (halls, laundry rooms, storage rooms, etc) are clean and consistently maintained. Run far away from this place!

Insufficient heat. Laundry machines break down continuously and only one washer and dryer functioning for 24 units. Their laundry machines are at least 25 years old. Management is too cheap to replace things that are continually breaking down. They are greedy. There are sewage leaking in the basement and it's been like that for a long time. Management is very arrogant and rotten to the core from top to bottom. They are condescending, unprofessional and rude. Maintenant is incompetent and ...

Prices go up but with no updates!

Every year the rent goes up! 1st time $20 next time $50. The apartments are not being updated with the price hikes. Maintenance is not the best and instead of replacing it they will fix it until it breaks again (usually within the next month). The location is good and compare to others you get a little more but they do the bare minimum for their apartments and residents.

We have been living here long before the current manager Stephanie, which is all smiles and polite, but as soon as you need something, good luck! They posted a notice on every door that tenants will be fined for throwing too much furniture, but the reason so much was going out was bed bugs!! There can be two to three inspections a year, last year HUD was in our place twice.

Madison Park Apts are well kept the staff is friendly and addresses your needs pretty quick. We have a Community BBQ once a year to meet the neighbors and the grounds are well kept. I plan on staying here for a long time. Stephanie the manager and Vince the Maintenenceman are always polite. Love this place
