I had a great experience living at Madison Park--the only reason I moved was because I just bought my first home. The staff was always extremely friendly & helpful, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere the community had to offer.

For this price there are tons of other apartment options in the area that have amenities. No pool, no clubhouse, no gym but the same price as apartments that have these things. Very high turnover of staff, there was someone new in the office every time i went. They also updated the apartments from carpet to hard wood after i moved out but still charged me a fee to have my carpet “replaced”. Don’t waste your time
