She was very thorough during our tour and got the application process completed in lightening speed. Move in was smooth. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious! Awful customer service!
May 4, 2018I was super excited to tour these apartments! I’m from out of state so I was on a time crunch to find an apartment since I was only going to be in town for 3 days to tour. I made sure to schedule a tour in advance and I woke up early (again super excited) only to find out that they didn’t have any apartments available. I had called two days before and they told me they had availabilities but when we got there it seemed like they completely forgot about us. They were very disorganized! One person ...would tell us they had a room available and then the other girl came out out and told us they didn’t. The worst part is that the lady even mentioned that they knew they didn’t have any apartments left and that they knew they had a tour today. She mentioned that they THOUGHT about calling us to let us know there wasn’t anything available but they didn’t. Honestly it was very disrespectful and rude to not give us even a phone call or email just to let us know. We even asked to see different floor plans and the lady didn’t even invite us to sit down to see what was available. A sour lemon to my day. Also they’re undergoing a lot of renovations including their clubhouse and the lady we booked a tour with didn’t even bother to tell us. Disgusted
September 11, 2017I have had nothing but problems with one of my neighbors and mgmt refuses to help me. I have been here less than 45 days. I've called the courtesy officers for assistance with noise issues and they completely ignore you! I've had to call the local PD and now am receiving verbal harassment from my neighbor in the hallway. I feel very unsafe and nervous to leave my apartment.Property Manager Responded

As we have discussed everyone shares walls, floors & ceilings therefore you will be able to hear your neighbors especially if you have it completely quiet in your own home. Quiet hours are before 8 am & after 10 pm. Looking back through call logs we only see where there was 1 called placed to the courtesy officer page out option so your phone call may not have gone through. We will follow up with you this week.
