    Stomping, jumping, running, weed, cigarette smoke & aggressive dogs. This is what you can expect at Madison at Melrose. It’s fine I guess as long as you don’t mind being on your neighbors schedule at 2am, 10pm, not sleeping, having your kids walk through weed filled breezeways, sending emails and leaving voicemails with no call back, no email response, no courtesy officer. Health, comfort and enjoyment are not a standard here. I’m posting this review now because I have a well-rounded viewpoint as ...
    a long-term resident. I have experienced lots of different staff over the years, many different neighbors over the years so I know what is reasonable and not. I’m tired and I’m frustrated. If you move in, do NOT expect a well maintained community. Just cross your fingers and hope you have no issues you need resolved. It’s just a below average community at a high market price.
