Deron is awesome
October 4, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comDryers have been out of order for a week at the main laundry room. I had issues last Friday and attempted to do laundry this Friday, as Fridays is my laundry day. Out of order signs would be great to let residents know so they don’t load their laundry in the dryers, wait 52 minutes to go back and find their clothes soak and wet just to go to the other laundry room. I know it’s just $1.75 but it’s also my time and now I have to wait another 52 minutes. Deron to the rescue, he loaded my laundry on ...his golf cart, drove me to the other laundry room and put codes in so I didn’t have to spend more money on pay range to dry what should’ve already been dry! Hats off to this young man! Customer service at its best! For management it takes maybe a whole 5 minutes to post a sign that dryers aren’t working. Help your residents out as I had plans to be somewhere at a certain time and felt stressed that another hour was added on!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

November 8, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comImagine if you took trash you found in a dumpster, painted it without cleaning it and then used that to build yourself an apartment. That’s what it’s like here. Moved in and they had glazed over the previous tenants HAIR on the shower wall so it was permanently stuck there. Told they could fix it but we couldn’t stay there for 24 hours. Both toilets had to be fixed. Both drains in tubs don’t plug correctly so water slowly leaks out as I’m trying to bath my child. Had to have sink drains unclogged ...upon moving in because they were will filled with hair and like crumbled drywall or rocks or something. Dishwasher had to replaced 3 times. Told manager that A/C unit was broken, they laughed at us, one week later the unit took a total crap and had to be completely replaced inside and out. Had to call maintenance around 20 times while only living there for only one year. Moved the washer/dryer to clean and found socks from previous tenants as well as kitty litter and other dirt and debris that did not belong to us. Had to fight to get ALL THREE bedroom doors replaced because they wouldn’t shut. Had to have front door frame completely replaced and fixed. Had to have sliding glass door replaced because you couldn’t open it. All three bedroom windows either don’t open or don’t stay open (take your pick) and we were told we’d just have to deal with it because they are not replacing it. Had maintenance give us an attitude when we asked for help after the portable A/C unit blew a fuse because we were without central A/C for 7 days…. Front closet door was too big to close when we moved in, they replaced it with one that was too small to cover the opening. Like I said, trash… and they are charging like this place is nice. Run while you can or good luck to you. Oh, most neighbors are nice but we had both cars hit by a non resident that totaled around $22,000 in damages plus he hit 3 other cars (so don’t let them sell you on the whole gated community thing) and we had one actual neighbor come home drunk and hit another neighbors car and leave the scene.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

September 16, 2021 - Review from Apartments.com0 stars if I could & I am not someone to leave bad reviews. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. I have perfect credit, a whole years worth of rent saved up which I proved to them in a bank statement. AND my husband gets guaranteed 3x amount of rent deposited into his acct every month which will never end, ON TOP of his regular 9-5. We have no evictions, no bad past rental history etc & they took a week to let us know this - when we were told we’d have an answer within 48 hrs. Literally ...blew money away left & right on this place with application fees, pet screening fees etc. also - why don’t you guys make it clear that NOBODY IS IN YOUR LEASING OFFICE OUT FRONT? I’ve seen others comment this as well. This place is a joke. I really think they’re in it for the Application & Pet screening fees. They drag their feet with the application process. January 31, 2021 - Review from Apartments.com4 minutes ago We Just moved to Madison about a month ago and all I have to say is “wow!” The community is great, clean and staffs are very attentive. Tiffany is great and always responds in a timely manner to your emails. Jason (we love him!!) does an outstanding job making sure any issue you have in your apartment is taken care of. He even helped a friend of mine that is still in NY with the application process for an apartment. Considering my friend was out of state he helped make the process ...stress free. If you are considering staying in Clearwater I would highly recommend Madison not only because of its nice apartments but mainly because of how great a job Management is doing.Read More
