So far only awesome!
November 17, 2016I recently moved to the area from out of state and never rented an apartment before. So far I am very impressed with the management and how smoothly and quickly items are addressed. The apartment was updated, very clean and move in ready when I got the key. It is in a great area with awesome walks, views and is very quiet. This place is a Dump, and don't look to get a deposit back
October 27, 2016This place is a dump, from old broken appliances, mix match old broken washer and dryer, poor plumbing where the noise is so loud coming from neighboring unit it sounds as if someone is trying to bust through the walls. Shall I go on. From the time I moved in I was making service calls the first week of being in the unit. The property manager was good at getting the repairs made. Don't have a emergency on the weekend. Power was out and power company stated the property manger need to go flick ...the breaker on the exterior of the building. I could not get anyone to respond until Monday. John appears to be a nice guy but is a very jealous envious person. They will keep your security deposit even after there is no damage and the unit is cleaner than it was upon moving in. I was charged for items that I know there was nothing wrong. Then when requesting receipts I was provide a receipt for something they stated needed to be replaced a month prior to my move out date.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
