I have lived here for almost 10 months, they have a garbage valet service that doesn't pick up all the trash daily, it sits on peoples porches.They have pest control but they don't fumigate everyone's unit monthly so the Roaches are climbing out of walls sockets, out of flooring and under doors and drains in bathroom sinks. It is disgusting. My neighbors are filthy and you can smell their stench from outside thier door. It only takes 1 filthy tenant to roach ...up a village.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Wonderful Place To Live
March 5, 2016Does anyone need a great peaceful place to live? I know I did, when I came to The Grove looking for a place live. Just talking to the manager Nellie how nice she was, Is, I wanted to live here. I have been here since October no problems no noise just peacefulness. We have a wonderful Manager and prompt maintenance crew, done right the first time. Residents are nice and quiet. The grounds and pools are well maintained. So if you need an apartment that is spacious clean , roomy Nice no carpet ...great floors big bathrooms. I LOVE IT HERE. All the great places to shop are in walking distance. Awesome Place to live in the center of Everything
September 23, 2015This community is located in the beautiful Conway area. It is minutes from Downtown Orlando, the Airport, major highways, attractions, and shopping malls. It has all upgraded amenities with a beautiful and modern theme. The staff is great and maitenance are always on call. It's a nice, clean and quiet community. The facility includes a 24hr community center, fitness room, laundry room, and access to the Business office. Parking is assigned so you don't have to worry about not have a spot. My name is Emmanuel and 10 Monty ago I made the biggest mistake of my life (so far) I did not research my current appartment complex, Wich is called the grove. Feel free to googel it. It is rated the worse place in orlando fl. And that is 100% accrued. Since the first day I'm running in to nightmares. From squirrels in my living room having baby's ( I have on video ) to 400$ electric bills to roaches, insult by very unprofessional management ...that told me that my kids can't life with me cuz there not on the lease. to rude maitnance I can realy go on and on....
