Not the best but decent
November 4, 2021Lived here 3 years! Maintenence and Management are horrible!!!!!! The complex is very hood, cops are always here and shoot outs! However the units are nice for the price it is a decent place to stay. besides the issuesProperty Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
July 19, 2018This place is a joke the ladies in the front office are snobby and rude and they expect you to pay the rent even if the person is dead!!!!! My aunt died unexpectedly and they still expected rent to be paid and it wasn't so they changed the locks on the door and would not allow us to get her stuff out. Now we are going through legal procedures. This place is disgusting!Review from Apartments.com
Unnecessary mind games applied on current tenants
July 15, 2017Experience has taught me that the rental staffs use evictions method toward tenants who ask any intelligence questions and/or check with a lawyer to verify the information given by the staffs. Tenants has legal rights to questions as well as check into what is being said to them. If management is offended by tenants consulting any legal entity for protection or knowing their legal rights there's a seriously issue with that Office. Ambling office need to address this issue and/or concern tenants ...are being expose too. Tenants area financial benefit to owner(s). May 5, 2017Please DO NOT believe the hooplaaa this place is not the best. Management team is far from friendly they probably wrote the review below themselves. Rude as can be, maintenance staff tries to assist but most of the time when you need repairs the front office staff wont tell maintenance. But they will hunt you down for the rent. sending so called friendly reminders during the five day grace period. whats good about magnolia heights is the location minutes away from everything you need. Love this place
July 20, 2015The management team is very friendly they helped us every step of the way to get into the apartments.The rent price is perfect and you get a great amount of space along with roommate styled apartments they are also in a secluded area and gated so you don't have to worry about much which was a concern of mine when choosing an apartment being that I have a 5 year old.
