Mid July Still No Pool

This apartment complex has been a major disappointment. As of mid-July, the pool is still not open, which is completely unacceptable in the middle of summer.
Maintenance is a joke. The grass went uncut for nearly two months because they don’t use a regular landscaping company. Outdoor community areas like the playground and basketball court are unusable due to overgrown grass.
The laundry rooms constantly smell like mold and mildew, making them unpleasant (and questionable) to use. The gym is ...
only accessible during office hours (8 AM–5 PM), which means anyone who works a standard job can't realistically use it.
We’re required to pay a monthly "common area maintenance fee," but there’s no visible upkeep or value from it. At this point, the "community amenities" are essentially nonexistent.
Would not recommend renting here unless these issues are addressed.
