The best place to call home
April 5, 2018I absolutely LOVE Magnolia Perserve apartments! Everyday I feel so blessed that I get to call this place home. There is nothing I would change about it, they have an amazing pool where I can relax and let the stress of work melt away in the sun. Also, the gym is 24/7 and has everything you need for a great workout. Not to mention the deck is equipped for a great night with friends by a fire or grilling out while playing giant janga or corn hole. I have a dog that loves to play at the dog park ...everyday with all her friends. The apartments are updated and has plenty of space. The apartments are absolutely stunning and the management/ staff are some of the kindest and most caring people I have ever worked with. Terrible
June 3, 2017Living on the first floor is the worst experience of my life especially when upstairs people have kids i can hear everything going in every heavy footed step they make and all sorts of running back and forth running going on and it is too much. People do not care about neighbors it is all about them. This place is also famous for residents to clean out their cars in the parking lot meaning they just throw car trash in the parking lot.Review from Apartments.com
Peaceful Living in a Great Location!
September 17, 2015We have been at Magnolia Preserve for just a few months and it already feels like home. The leasing agents are friendly, the community is quiet and our apartment is everything we could wish for! In addition to keeping a quiet and safe community, the leasing agents go out of their way to do nice things for the residents, evening handing out breakfast at 7:30 in the morning one day. The amenities are nice and there's definitely ample parking. The location is tucked away from the madness, but still ...close to everything Dothan has to offer.
