September 12, 2025I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Magnolia Row Apts. The staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was working on my A/C unit or simple emptying my trash, as I am recovering from an serious illness. The staff have been very kind and helpful to me. The grounds are always spotless. I also appreciate the friendly neighbors. The pool and fitness center are ...excellent features. WOW! What a difference
January 29, 2024Someone has come in and renovated all of the apartments and the outside! They have added privacy fences, a playground, and are adding more things like a fitness center and dogpark in 2024! I was amazed at how great this complex looks now compared to 3 years ago. The new staff is fantastic!! They have helped eagerly through the entire process and answered any questions I had. I cannot wait to get moved in and calling it home! 10/10 recommend!Property Manager Responded
