Eh just ok
September 10, 2023I loved the place when I first moved in. Not sure what happened to that staff but they were responsive and attentive to our needs (Jan 2023). The units are nice, updated and semi-quiet. The hallways are nasty and are never cleaned. Residents leave garbage out over the weekend causing the building to smell. Management and office does not respond to emails or phone calls addressing any concerns. Visitor parking is inconvenient. The keypad to enter the gate code is horrible. You first have to find ...the keypad, then you have to exit your car to enter the code.Property Manager Responded

Honest Review
March 1, 2023For starters, I have lived in this apartment complex for quite some time now and would like to give you an honest review. When I originally signed my lease the previous management team was all around amazing! Since the start of 2023 that wonderful management team has been bought out and has all new management. This new management team is a walking garbage can and lacks the simplest form of communication and customer service skills. Since they have taken over they have decided to change very ...important functions in their operations. One of the big changes is the removal of "Flex" which is an app they offered all residents to use to help them pay rent in two monthly payments. So, even though the management team knew that a large portion of their residents use Flex, they decided at a moments notice to no longer accept Flex and decided to not even tell anybody! But after talking to management in person and talking to the property manager over the phone we got NO HELP. They both told me that there was absolutely nothing they can do and that legally they don't have to do anything. Lastly, I would like to point out that the staff are the ones writing 5 star reviews on this place. If you are interested in this place I would think again. For the steep price you are paying for rent, its not worth the other hassles like losing power, faulty wiring and . Be smart and keep looking, I promise this is not what you are looking for.Property Manager Responded
