This used to be a nice place to live. The building and grounds were regularly maintained, and inspected by the on-site manager. That all stopped when she left. It’s like the management company forgot this property existed. The building stopped being cleaned and they seemed to stop screening tenants. We suddenly saw doors being wedged open and emergency services/police were frequently called for all sorts of reasons.
The building environment now resembles a frat house. Trash liters the halls ...
and stairs. You can frequently find dirty underwear, spilled food, or dog crap in the halls, stairs, or sidewalk. It will be there for weeks. No one bothers to clean it up despite complaints and maintenance requests. Last year, the parking lot was not cleaned up after the winter storms until accidents started to occur. Since the building is not cleaned regularly, they wait until tenants can’t stand the unsanitary conditions and make a fuss, before they take action.
They charge luxury rates for the dump this place is rapidly becoming. Don’t waste your time or money until the management company figures out how to make this a clean and safe place to live again.
