  • Renters be warned

    This used to be a nice place to live. The building and grounds were regularly maintained, and inspected by the on-site manager. That all stopped when she left. It’s like the management company forgot this property existed. The building stopped being cleaned and they seemed to stop screening tenants. We suddenly saw doors being wedged open and emergency services/police were frequently called for all sorts of reasons. The building environment now resembles a frat house. Trash liters the halls ...
    and stairs. You can frequently find dirty underwear, spilled food, or dog crap in the halls, stairs, or sidewalk. It will be there for weeks. No one bothers to clean it up despite complaints and maintenance requests. Last year, the parking lot was not cleaned up after the winter storms until accidents started to occur. Since the building is not cleaned regularly, they wait until tenants can’t stand the unsanitary conditions and make a fuss, before they take action. They charge luxury rates for the dump this place is rapidly becoming. Don’t waste your time or money until the management company figures out how to make this a clean and safe place to live again.

    Told us everything we wanted to hear and then 3 days after the date we were told we would be able to move it they finally contacted me saying we were denied after we called and emailed several times trying to get ahold of them I finally had to call someone else in the management office to get an answer. This place is a waste of time they just want your money they don't care if you go homeless because they wait until last second to tell you that you are denied knowing we were already in a time ...

    Dog friendly come with more cons than pros. One dog barks throughout the day because you walk pass the unit. One couple is going through a divorce so the yelling comes with good entertainment. The dog poop in and around the property gives a nice touch. Let’s not get started on the it one soaked carpet in the stairwell. Or the flea infested second floor and dog poop bag third floor. Been here for a year and had 3 property managers.
