The employees here are super friendly and nice, however, the apartment itself has taken priority to lease various units out to Airbnb and other third party short term housing sites. It is super unsafe as random strangers have access to the building and can bring other unwanted people in too. Since those people are here for vacation, they are also super loud and don't care for other residents.

My roommate and I have lived here for the past 5 months, and it has been nothing short of exceptional! We had been living at another apartment complex in the area for the past two years and had a less than ideal experience. Because of that when we started apartment hunting, we were weary & came with a laundry list of questions! Throughout the move-in and decision-making process the staff made it easy for us! Very responsive and prompt staff. I love the high ceilings in my place and the space. This is my first bachelor pad as a young divorced professional, the place is great for entertaining company and the view is phenomenal. I cant wait to enjoy my balcony when the weather warms up.
