    The employees here are super friendly and nice, however, the apartment itself has taken priority to lease various units out to Airbnb and other third party short term housing sites. It is super unsafe as random strangers have access to the building and can bring other unwanted people in too. Since those people are here for vacation, they are also super loud and don't care for other residents.

    My roommate and I have lived here for the past 5 months, and it has been nothing short of exceptional! We had been living at another apartment complex in the area for the past two years and had a less than ideal experience. Because of that when we started apartment hunting, we were weary & came with a laundry list of questions! Throughout the move-in and decision-making process the staff made it easy for us! Living here was an amazing way to immerse ourselves into the rich culture and history of Louisville; the apartment is on the famed whiskey row, and has walking opportunity to everything you could want.     Very responsive and prompt staff. I love the high ceilings in my place and the space. This is my first bachelor pad as a young divorced professional, the place is great for entertaining company and the view is phenomenal. I cant wait to enjoy my balcony when the weather warms up. I love the controlled access to the building and the garage to protect my car from the elements and theft.

    I have absolutely loved my time at Main and Clay! One thing I love about it is how close it is to downtown, yet the property stays very quiet. The leasing staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and have the resources needed. I have absolutely loved my time here!
