Prime location 5 minute trip across the bridge to Manyunk, 10 mins from Ardmore, 15 from conshy, 20 from center city Philadelphia. Parking lot access. Apartments are nice and have good appliances. Quiet area for people who want to live close to the city. The staff will help you out with whatever issue you have.Review from Apartments.com

Friendly Staff
April 22, 2017The location is great; less crowded than Manayunk and still close to Main Street. Management repaired all issues we had in a reasonable time frame and the technicians were friendly and courteous.
