A great place to live
February 10, 2025We lived here for over a year while our house was being built. The apartment itself is very spacious and nice. It also has a lot of storage space. The apartment has two full modern bedrooms and bathrooms and a large kitchen. It’s a quiet complex in a good area that is well maintained and neighbors are all nice people. The maintenance crew and property managers were always very responsive. It was also perfect for our dog with plenty of sidewalks and grass to take her for walks. Main Road Apartments
June 24, 2024We had a larger apartment and it was plenty of room for two. The apartments are attractive and well appointed with stainless steel appliances. The two bathrooms are spacious and the closets are generous. The master bedroom is a very comfortable size and layout. Maintenance was always friendly and responsive to deal with. This area in Hammonton is fantastic. In less than a 10 minute walk you can be in the middle of the business district with shopping, eateries, banks, exercise, paintball an so on. ...Or a 10 minute walk the other way and it's nothing but farmland and blueberries. Not a real apartment complex.
December 18, 2023The apartments look great from afar and are seemingly very clean and well put together. In reality they're thrown together feeling very cheap and not worth the rent price. There's no real maintenance department. At one point during rental, our dishwasher went and it took 2 weeks to get a replacement which first included a much cheaper dishwasher that didn't even fit and flooded our apartment when we were told to use it while we waited for another. The grounds crew is a joke. Instead of ...pulling weeds they'd continuously pour fresh mulch over top of existing weeds and mulch resulting in ants coming into the apartment. Never understood where the premium rent price went because it clearly didn't result in a more premium living experience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
