February 3, 2026I truly wish I could give zero stars to this awful place. This is without a doubt the absolute worst living experience I have ever had and it's not even close. Look at all the recent views and the current trends for this place. Everyone is having the same experience and it's going downhill FAST. They will do everything possible to get as much money from you as they can while doing everything in their power to do absolutely nothing to help you with issues or make improvements to the building or ...community. They will trap you in overpriced leases so you can never save up enough to move out. Save yourself the grief and torment and just find a private renting option somewhere else in town. You will find many full houses for LESS than what they charge here for a poorly maintained, 100-layer paint contractor special. While this place has actually been a nightmare to live in, Mitchel Morgan owner of Morgan Properties, current net worth reaches $6.1 billion, funny huh?Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2025The staff both maintenance and office are wonderful. It is close to grocery stores and the train so I can get to work. Having the option to have a washer and dryer in the apartment is great because it is a time saver and very convenient overall.Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2024Between the poor quality of the renovations and the lack of effort from management in response to complaints of noise even after quiet hours in our case even at 3 AM. Managements solution is to have us talk to the neighbor instead of them which surely will help my sleep and couldn't possibly cause issues between neighbors.This place is overpriced and underdelivered in every way I can imagine. Floors have nails coming through the cheap paneling that was installed, lights constantly going out and ...$400 electric bills that we can't even imagine how we could create in a month please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.Property Manager Responded
