December 5, 2020Pros: -They recently remodeled the apartments, updated the kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Most of the quality of work appears to be good. -Each apartment is unique -Relatively quiet tenants -Close to river and nice trail and parks. -Gas kitchen -Nice web system for tenants to pay rent, get help, etc. -Decent prices Cons: -No central air - not just heat, but dust build-up, too. -Non-stop construction and renovation in other units during the daytime. -Only one OLD, MANUAL, DOUBLE-DOORED elevator. ...It's a pain to use and really needs to be replaced. -Main Street is a day and night-time drag-strip, super loud and annoying - inadequate sound-proofing. -All hallways and common areas are still very much construction areas. -Water gets turned off regularly with little warning or communication. -Poor communication and response from building management. Summary: It's an OK spot - not great. It has a decent price and amenities, not a bad location in the city, but there are definitely areas for improvement.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 26, 2018I knew this building wasn’t my 1st Choice but I moved in w my bf & it didn’t matter where we lived. Fast forward 3 yrs so 1st there’s no air cond here unless u bring ur own? Building has changed owners a couple times no intercom and elevators are old and broken, plus side management is pretty decent about any problems like water leaking things breaking idk, it’s ok for single ppl or small families but the price is good for the location that’s about it I wish I had better things to say it’s what ...we call home for the momentRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Decent
September 19, 2015I'm on the fourth floor. The neighbors aren't very loud, and I can only hear them in the hallways. Everything was very clean when we moved in, and the only time I've had to call maintenance, they were here to fix the problem in less than ten minutes. The free wifi works most of the time, but it does lag somewhat sometimes. The complex manager has really cracked down on all of the issues that people have had here before because I haven't experienced these issues yet.
