My experience has been great so far. really like it alot. The location,proximity to police,the noise is practically a non issue, my neighbors are friendly and considerate of others. Management has always been on point with me. I cant think of anything negative.

The elevator has been broken due to lightning for a week now, and it is both extremely inconvenient and dangerous. Having to hold and carry a baby and a dog up and down the stairs every single day is a major safety hazard. ?What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication from management. We have not received a single email addressing this issue or letting us know when the elevator will be working again—the only notice is a sign on the elevator itself, while we continue to receive ...

I have been here almost five years and seen many changes and this still remains the most friendly and on the ball crew in the office and maintenance. You rarely get to experience this when renting. We are close to anything you can imagine needing and walking distance to some. Can not say enough nice things about MSL!!!

Very nice apartment and surrounding shopping area. The apartments and all amenities are clean. There is only one trash for the whole community. The rent price is also much more expensive than almost any other place you can rent in Oak Ridge.

People are friendly and considerate. The amenities are generous and the maintenance and upkeep are on point. The area is centrally located but you can still go to Knoxville or various parks if that's your thing.
