Waste of time
November 18, 2023I called and scheduled a tour. On the date i was supposed to tour,I drove 2.5 hours across the state to tour this place and no one showed up.Review from Apartments.com
Would DEFINITELY not recommend
March 30, 2017I lived in these apartments for over 2 years and I would not recommend that anyone live here especially if you value privacy at all. During my first year I had a maintenance member come to my door at 8pm on a week night and tell me that he needed to check my apartment for a possible leak. I thought okay no problem, I wasn't running my water or doing laundry and there was no sign of a leak so he left. Then around 10pm that night he came back and told me that he needed to do one more inspection, ...at this point it was a little ridiculous.. still absolutely no sign of water leaking. So I went to bed (a single woman living alone) and they came in IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and when I woke up the next morning my things have been moved around in the bathroom and my laundry room door was open. I was furious, unless my apartment is on fire there is no need to come in THREE times in one night and in the middle of the night. When I called the office they just said "oh I'm sorry they thought you would be okay with them coming back"... I am not okay having a grown man in my apartment wondering around while I am asleep!! They seem to have constant "maintenance" checks where they come into your apartment whenever they want. For the last two or three months I lived there, one of the maintenance men just would try to come into my apartment at random times even after they knew I had no maintenance to be done. And when I called the office to complain.. they were ZERO help, they talk to you like you don't have a brain and what you are calling about doesn't matter at all. You would think they would have to notify you when someone is going to be entering your apartment that you are paying an outrageous amount to live in, but alas.. they don't care and they have a key to enter your apartment and they are definitely not afraid to use it. Unless there is a serious maintenance issue the maintenance staff should absolutely not be able to just waltz in whenever they please. Long story short, unless you want to feel like you have roommates that can just randomly enter your apartment when they feel like it I would stay away from this place, or invest in some extra locks for your door.
