Live close to Disney
May 2, 2024The unit is newly remodeled and comes with newly installed stainless steel appliances, is 10 to 15 minutes close to Disney and convenient to supermarkets, shops, restaurants at relative walking distance. The staff is great and friendly, especially Luis, he went above and beyond and had me all set up in one day. Worth it
April 22, 2024Water/wifi included in price of rent. New appliances. Maintenance has always come as quickly as they can and resolves any issues. Laundry facilities are always clean which i appreciate. I work nights so parking is always available in the day time but there is always a bunch of parking at night. They do require parking permits. People do tend to smoke cigarettes throughout the halls so it does come through the ac. Office holds packages for a couple days if you don’t feel comfortable having ...them delivered to your apartment (which is nice)Property Manager Responded

Cheap but low quality
April 8, 2024I've lived here 3 years and it's gone downhill every year. Most of the washing machines are out of order . Roaches, water outages, loud neighbors, loose dogs and droppings everywhere. Constantly changing employees on property so that you can't get consistent help with issues. Centipedes and mold are rampant and the air conditioners drain their water in your own apartment keeping it at high humidity.Property Manager Responded

I hate it here.
December 30, 2022Maintenance NEVER shows up. The entire place is always under construction. Half the parking is unavailable. The property constantly has a flea and mold issue and will not fix it. My AC was never properly installed and it drained any condensation INTO MY CARPET creating BLACK MOLD. I’ve been requesting it be fixed since JUNE. IT IS DECEMBER. Nobody has shown up to help. Poor management is a understatement
September 22, 2022Where to start. First, no security, no after hours maintenance or phone number available. The management is a joke. I’ve been told “I can’t remember everything” and have been screamed at on the phone by a manager. There are multiple dogs who are never on leashes. Dogs waste isn’t cleaned up after. Apartments flood, pipes bust and water is turned off with out notice and people have needed to use the gas station across the street for bathrooms. Is it reasonable rent, yea, great location, yeah but ...it’s not it. Find somewhere else. I’ve lived here a year and am moving as soon as I can. Then they will tell you that you have fines and have to pay more and more because they don't have your info. If you move here. Get copies. I live here and live it
November 13, 2021I have no clue what the negative reviews are about this place is awesome. There are two models: the brand new units and the original, updated units. I live in an original but updated unit. It looks great. The kitchen has brand new appliances (protective film still attached), new cabinets, beautiful redone bathroom. Gorgeous. I have no clue what “hotel furnishings” are The units do not* come with furniture. There are still the old doorbell speakers on the wall and a light switch near the front ...door that doesn’t do anything. That’s the only “old furnishing” I can think of. Quiet community, safe for single females, lots of cast members. Good landscaping and pretty courtyards with well maintained patio furniture including fire pits. Poorly managed; humid apartments.
October 8, 2021First thing! The model is not at all what you will get. They are making them look nice, but your actual unit has the original hotel furnishings and lots of cost cutting. When I first toured the property, they promised a bunch of things. A resident lounge, three pools, fully remodeled units with upgraded lighting and redone bathrooms, and restaurants, a gym, and on site laundry. It’s been a year now and the only thing that came around was the laundry, gym, and two pools that are open some of the ...time. It has been a major bait and switch. And the units are extremely humid. Ours stays at 77% all year because of the negative pressure the bathroom vents cause that you can’t turn off. Mold is a huge issue along with leaky AC units and major bug problems. The studios are a joke. There isn’t enough counter space to do anything. And that’s if you can see anything. There are no lights in the studios. Zero. We had to buy a clip on light to clip onto the cabinets to see what we are cooking at night. No garbage disposal in the kitchen sink either so be prepared for a constantly clogged drain. Don’t bother going to the office about it. They will just charge you for a plumber to come out. Forget having smart devices, there is community wifi only. So no modem connections for your smart devices like Hue. And if you work from home, forget it. The wifi is so unreliable. And pretty expensive for community shared wifi at $60/month when you don’t even have a private connection. And lastly, the property is so poorly managed. They just want to get people in and take their money and then you will never hear communications from the office again. They don’t seem to know how to run a property this size. The lack of common area maintenance like the broken AC in the laundry room for the last year, and little things like never coming out to secure and close pool furniture during storms. And if there is a community change or update, you’ll never hear about it. Want hot water? I don’t think so. Uneven and unsafe sidewalks? They don’t care. It’s not the office’s job to care. They are sales only. Like they expect everything to be done for them and all they gotta do is collect the rent and never give back the deposits after the lease ends. They spent it already. The tours are all just a show. They are re really nice, and the property is nice around the office. But once you sign, it’s all downhill.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
