Not as great as it seems
May 4, 2023Owners constantly increasing rent every year with no improvements. Walls are extremely thin can hear conversations, water running, washer and dryers running, even when neighbors shut the door it shakes the next apartment. Apartments seem very rushed things were unfinished. Water is very hard turns sinks and showers orange. Not to mention the build up of hard minerals in you hair. Construction always happening making everything outside dirty. Garbage truck is always extremely loud and only 1 ...dumpster for all the apartments on American way.Property Manager Responded
