amazingly beautiful area

unfortunately this apartment complex ruins the reputation of the the area. rents are low because there are 0 amenities. no maintenance no pool all though 1 is on property (written in lease cannot use) could be a beautiful place but the landlord doesn't care. lived there 5 years just couldn't take the environment ...is getting worse.
