March 6, 2026Mainstead is a very nice property and the office staff is very engaging and nice. Overall I gave 4 stars because tenants with pets still Do not pick up there dog poop. Parking for residents is horrible. To have to park far away from your residence and walk with groceries a block away is ridiculous. Residents parking in the electric car spaces that are not electric. Overall as I stated great apartments just minor things that need improvement.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2026I have enjoyed living at Mainstead so far. The amenities are very nice and the location is great! However, the condition of the hallways have never been addressed. They are never cleaned and are far from being in “luxury” condition.Review from Apartments.com

December 15, 2025This place still suck here. Nothing changed. Dog poop is everywhere. We now have to pay for parking. The people at the leasing office are still rude. Nothing about this place is enjoyable. I cant sleep cause you refuse to enforce quiet time. Leasing office people are rude.Property Manager Responded
