EYE ROLLERS!
March 8, 2018Main street apartments offers very lovely apartments but at a price. We had the valet trash be taken away but not taken off the lease. We had proof that due to the construction they were doing, our electric went up and when brought to the leasing offices attention they replied with " nothing we can do" while ROLLING THEIR EYES!! We had a problem with mold as well and about a week after telling them, they can in a spray painted over it... Also we were forced to live with a broken dishwasher, that ...had standing water in it, for a month because they did not see the need to replace it since our lease was ending and we where not renewing it and "gated community" more like broken community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Main Street apartments
August 5, 2015I have lived here almost a year and couldn't be happier! I love how big my open kitchen is and how much counter space I have. I love to bake and the space makes it a pleasure! I also love my washer and dryer area. It is like having an extra room. It is even big enough to set up my ironing board. The screened in porch with the ceiling fan is great for me and my indoor cats! I love to sit out there during a thunder storm and listen to the rain. The staff here is amazing! They are always ...helpful and follow up with any problem I have. Don and Kevin the maintenance guys are fantastic. They are available day and night and don't give up until the problem is resolved. I feel at home here and very safe since we are a gated community.
