  • Worst place ever this is not Manhattan

    This hands down is the worst place I’ve ever rented from. I’ve rented in several places/States etc. This place is outdated, overpriced, and the staff at the office have a bad attitude. Location is nice but not South beach or Manhattan like they think they are in. Very bad experience from persons in office to the management company in Metairie who the district manager basically will call you a liar. Stay away place was in no condition for tenants when we moved in and we left it way better than we ...
    got it and got a $1500 cleaning bill. STAY AWAY. A lot of nicer places to rent that are way cheaper to.

However, all move-out charges are compared with the move-in inspection form signed by the resident, and damages are clearly documented with photographs, which are available for your review at any time.

    Main Street at River Ranch has given me the best experience I have ever had as a renter over the past 5 years living other places! The service is wonderful! Any time I have had a request it has been granted in a timely manner, and it's always a pleasure speaking with Chelsea in the front office. There is constant maintenance going on at the apartments whether it be painting, repairing, or landscaping, everything always looks well kept and so clean! As a female living alone I most importantly feel ...
    extremely safe when I am home! Also, living so close to great shopping and food is just an added bonus! Love the connivence and style of my 1 bed room loft apartment, only wish I had found it sooner!
