crappy apartments
April 25, 2026Apartment was always falling apart, I’m pretty sure maintenance was at my apartment every month fixing something and I lived there for a year. Residents always made the trash areas disgusting. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Staff is nice tho, if that counts for anything.Review from Apartments.com
Worst experience ever
March 23, 2026I spent about four years (just because i hate moving), when it came to moving into a house, the owner of the house gave me just 30 days to move, but the apartments ask for 60 days notice if you'll goingto leave. So i went to the office and talked to both employees who told me not to worry that the manager was going to help me because I never caused problems, that everything was fine...... but they dont do anything, they never eliminated the fee as they had told me and now I have a debt collector ...collecting a debt that the apt said they were not going to charge me. on top of that I have written about 5 emails but since they have no answer, they do not answer me backRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 26, 2023I have lived here at Masion Bocage for 6 1/2 years and I don't want to move ever!! The staff is very nice and friendly. Changes in staff over the years have occurred and the staff now is more than excellent and it is obvious that new people are helping the wonderful that has remained be better at their jobs and everything is running smoothly. Updates are being made and its a wonderful environment. Beautiful grounds and safe. I can walk around the complex as late as 10 or 11 pm and I see the same ...neighbors and no one strange or scary. April 26, 2023I like the area. It’s safe. The schools in the area are a problem sometimes but can be worked around. The apartment walls are pretty thick. Definitely had worse in other apartments. Cant hear the neighbors too much. I wish they had more dog waste areas, with the bags. They only have a couple sprinkled around the property. Overall great place. Great complex
April 26, 2023The office staff here are awesome to work with! Mrs. Martha, Kayla and Melissa are wonderful. The maintenance staff are on top of things. The area is good and central to everything. The management is in the process of upgrading windows and was told that they were going to begin updating the patios. I really have no complaints.
