I have been residing at Maison D’ Orleans for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
Maintenance and Grounds
One of the most impressive aspects of living here is the maintenance team. Any issues I’ve encountered have been taken care of in a timely manner, and I have never had to deal with a repeat issue after a repair. The property itself is beautifully maintained. They clearly care about keeping the property updated, as both of the laundry rooms have recently been upgraded with brand new washers and dryers.
Staff and Management
What truly sets this community apart is the staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help with any concerns or questions I might have. The collective experience of the staff at Maison D’ Orleans is like “old money” -valuable and wise.

I highly recommend staying at Maison D’ Orleans for apartments if you are looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and reliable place to call home.

Run as fast as you can. They don’t maintain the apartments and require you to sign a lease before walking through or they show you a model unit. The drugs and German roaches are terrible. None is f the units have W/D hookups.

I was fortunate to find these apartments as I had no idea about the area. My lease is up and sadly I’m going back to Arizona. I felt safe, the neighbors were friendly as were the people in the office. I have a small dog and felt comfortable walking him any time. The grounds are well kept and the location is great!! I plan to rent here again if I have the opportunity to come back to this area.

I don’t live there, but did consider it at one point. But after visiting friends there, l quickly changed my mind. There are roaches galore in this complex! In one of my friends apartment’s kitchen two cabinet doors were falling off, and after a month of requesting repair, l fixed them myself. Another friend had clogged drains for four days before someone even came to fix it!!! I suggested they move, and l strongly recommend anyone not move in there. If you do,l promise you will be very ...

However, sometimes contractors are needed and their schedule may not allow same-day service, but they still resolve any issue as soon as possible. Lady in front office prOmised she would keep in touch with us about an apartment we were interested, while our application processed. They rented that apartment out from under us in a matter of three days. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend this complex to anyone.
