July 20, 2015Maison Massol Apartments is located at 121 Massol Avenue, Los Gatos, CA 95030. Maison Massol Apartments are fairly old, but have been bought by the current owners and renovated several years ago. The apartments are walking distance into downtown Los Gatos, which is an ideal location for people who enjoy working or socializing in Los Gatos. The Apartments include a workout facility, a pool, and a jacuzzi. Maison Massol is well maintained, with an excellent husband/wife couple who are on site ...property managers. Response to tenant requests or complaints are very rapid, and the resort style setting makes Maison Massol a comfortable place to come home to or work from. In keeping with Silicon Valley's high cost of living, Maison Massol is expensive compared to other geographies, but fairly consistent with other rental locations in the Los Gatos area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
