August 13, 2025Staff are super nice. Pool and fitness are great. The apartments are a little dated, but having air and washers is a game changer. I’m on a waitlist for a garage which I really hope happens before snowy days (wish they had covered parking at least) but fingers crossed.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2025Staff is super friendly, grounds are clean, amenities are kept up on. There is a dog park, a pool, a playground, a volleyball court, a basketball court and a fire pit. It is right off the Jordan River trail and I havent noticed any criminal activity in this area.Property Manager Responded
