December 6, 2024Beautiful place to live, the staff are very kind, the amenities are in good shape, the shops down there are so helpful between food and services for me and my Pet. Kelly’s are the best ice cream and next to them is Woofgang right in the corner they have the best pamper for my dog. Food, treats and the best grooming in Maitland don’t missed it for nothing and then obviously don’t forget Boku delicious oysters and all kind of sushi definitely a must stop by and try.Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2024Recently I don’t feel like the staff has had great communication with the The fire alarm testing. As someone who works from home, it is EXTREMELY frustrating to be constantly interrupted during important work calls to a false alarm fire alarm. There has been multiple instances where we have been notified hours after the testing or not at all. To not know if it’s a real fire or not is very dangerous because the day it is a real fire… we might think it isn’t..Property Manager Responded

Please know that we send out 24-hour notices for all fire alarm testing, and we want to en sure you're receiving these notices. If you're not receiving them, please let us know so we can investigate and address the issue promptly. Our fire alarm system is regularly serviced and supervised by the Fire Marshal to ensure it remains fully operational. Due to the time-sensitive nature of these tests and repairs, we sometimes are only able to send notices the day before. We recognize that these activities typically occur during business hours, when most residents are at work, but we understand that for those working from home, it can be disruptive. We take safety very seriously, and the last thing we want is for you to be uncertain about whether an alarm is a false alarm or an ...emergency. We appreciate your understanding, and we're committed to ensuring you’re well-informed moving forward. If there's anything else we can do to improve communication or minimize disruptions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

November 14, 2024Month into living here, so far incredible. Clean, quality amenities; friendly neighbors; and a property management team that has been helpful. The area is fantastic and feels safe. Great retail shops and restaurants underneath the property as well.Property Manager Responded
