June 17, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI do enjoy living here but feel like things have been really changing throughout the years. The residents manners and consideration of others around, the lockers systems breaking for very long amounts of time, the safety and price of the parking garage to simply park where you live, the age/condition of the pool furniture, the stains, the dirty walls/floors only a new repair and paint job could solve, the new leaks and cracks an aging building structure presents. I see the lease going up ...unjustified as I don’t see many improvements to the building. I have not had any issues with the office staff and I do like the maintenance team. The package lockers have now been repaired and are fully operational. We have also recently replaced the fire pit and are in the process of planning new pool furniture, which we anticipate installing later this year. While some of these projects occur behind the scenes, they are an important part of maintaining the property.
