March 30, 2026I like living here. For the most part it's peaceful and my kids really enjoy the pool though at times we can't use it because big groups of people take it over for parties. It would be nice if they could play outside without worry of stepping on poop but that's more the other residents fault than the apartment. We do really with the kids play area had some swings, that would make it so much more fun for everyone.Review from Apartments.com

December 25, 2025I love my apt but isn’t as well maintained outside as it used to be. The floor plan and closet space is really good. Too many unleashed pets and too much dog poop everywhere.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2025This is a good 1st apartment for a younger crowd and perfect for transplants as everything you’ll need is close. Freeway, hospital, grocery store entertainment property is easily accessible. Admin and maintenance are friendly and do what they can to keep this place afloat. Between the age and tight purse strings the owners have on this property, you’ll find it a bit hard to get true results for repairs n whatnot. instead you’ll get a bunch of band-aids.Property Manager Responded
