Nice and quiet Apts
September 11, 2023Been living here for about a year already and haven't had any issues. Nice,clean and quiet place to live at. The grounds keeper is usually out picking up trash and keeps the grounds nice and clean. Maintenance is quick to fix things. Place does need more parking spaces tho, but other than that I have lived peacefully here. Would highly recommend living here. DISGUSTING STAIRS AND HALLWAY
September 14, 2022Visited a friend and witnessed people smoking marijuana. trash in hallways and on stairs. stair handrails are sticky, pool is always closed. Very unsanitary conditions around whole apt complex. Witness a woman on multiple occasions with a Pitbull running around loose with small children in the area. Noticed running outside for a week. Witnessed people dragging trash out and leaving liquid from trash bag on stairs. Cars are being towed for no reason and I have a friend that works there and said ...they get kick backs form every car towed. For such a new apt that is less than a year old, it looks like it is a Projects house. Extremely disgusting place to live, I Would NOT recommend anyone to move here. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the mess that is Majestic Ranch Apt.Property Manager Responded

Disappointing
February 1, 2022Office never answers the phone, they are strict for everything towing cars & when I first moved in I was mopping set a trash bag by my door for no more than 10 mins next thing I know I have a voicemail saying if I don’t move it asap I would be charged 50 more for rent. Now I’ve been making a complaint on my annoying loud neighbors for months and because she got upset and started making complaints made up ones at that about me they are saying if I want them to not renew her lease they will not ...renew mine as well which I’ve never heard of and also just had a inspection done on my unit which they failed for “trip hazards” and my bed is by the window an escape exit. Never been so disappointed worst living experience ever!Property Manager Responded

PARKING

Majestic Trash
December 9, 2021Neighbors upstairs fighting. You can hear screaming and arguing. Loud music. I agree with the other review that said you can hear tv’s and conversations and the cops being called on several occasions. People smoking weed at the bottom of staircases. Amazon package stolen from doorstep. In the summer, people stayed at the pool until very late hours almost everyday partying. Just a bunch of disrespectful people who aren’t considerate of those around them.Property Manager Responded

Nice building already poor residents
September 26, 2021The apartments are nice don’t get me wrong. However they are cheaply made. you can hear everyone that lives around you. I’m on the third floor and it still sounds like some lives above me stopping around it’s weird. At night I can hear conversations and peoples music and tv. Also there has already been multiple gun shots and police have already been called numerous times for fights and noise complaints. I’m already counting down the days for my lease to be over.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff
June 20, 2021Usually don’t use leave reviews but customer service was impeccable. First I was greeted with smiles at the door by Kesia it really stood out cause normally I’d go in and the agents would stay seated so that was a plus.. Next was the tour even tho some of the amenities were closed Kesia still gave me a full tour! I liked that she walked the apartment with me, most leasing agents just sit back and let you walk but not Kesia she was so awesome makes you feel right at home. If the time frame had ...fit mine I definitely would’ve leased here for sure she had me sold.Property Manager Responded

Nice complex only bc it’s brand new
June 2, 2021It’s nice inside only because it’s brand new. Already seen the police here for fighting in the parking lot. Children throwing trash on the ground peeing outside shooting water guns with red liquid on vehicles. Luckily they are only at their grandparents on weekends so the noise doesn’t bother you trying to sleep for work. I have seen police come out for noise from other people twice. This is with only two buildings being rented. I can only imagine what it’s going to be like when the whole complex ...is complete. Management won’t return calls ever fir anything. So it’s a nice place if you are only using it as a hotel to sleep in and otherwise are never home.Property Manager Responded
