Flooding and bird droppings
November 26, 2024Apartment would flood whenever it would rain heavily. It flooded so much on the first-floor maintenance would not come for the maintenance request. They would even close the requests without coming in. Thats what paying your rent on time gets you. Do not recommend this place until they have all the bird droppings from the walkways outside of the apartment cleaned up and inspected due to all the flooding.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches and bad service
August 25, 2022They wouldn’t let me see the apartment at first because of COVID, but I suspect that there was another reason. The first thing I noticed was the roaches, I thought they’d go away because I was a new tenant and I don’t cook, but 6 months in I still see them crawling around, the only way I managed to reduce their number was by allowing the spiders to live and make their traps near mine. They’re still here though. My AC went out a week ago and they still won’t send someone out to fix it, we’re in ...the middle of the August summer here in Texas and they won’t even send me a portable AC in the meantime, even after I talked to them and they said they would by now if the repair man hasn’t stopped by.
