it's alright
August 24, 2024Place wasn't clean when we moved in, bunch of stuff was broken and it took maintenance months to finally fix it all (somehow told us it was our fault). Lawn services are 8am on Saturdays so if you wanna sleep in there's absolutely no chance of that happening. Gym is nice but is packed and the machines don't receive regular maintenance. Community pool is nice, dog park is nice, and the staff is nice to you until you move in then they don't care (but every place is kinda like that). Overall if it ...wasn't for the price and location to UCF I would not want to live here another year.
