Vertical noise insulation is a problem
July 4, 2024Spaces are great. However, parking is on the expensive end ($75/month for outdoor and $150/month for indoor). We have had multiple packages stolen from the mail room as well, which after 3 years, they're finally hiring a security guard for. Not to mention, vertical noise insulation is a joke, especially if you do not have any carpeted areas in your unit.Review from Apartments.com
Broken exterior door system
May 26, 2024This place has had a broken door system for over 6 months. This means that after 6pm on weekdays and on weekends you cannot buzz people in or you have physically go down to let someone in! This is a problem if you have deliveries (Uber eats, pizza, groceries,etc) or expecting guests. They continue to say it will be fixed (it has not!) and it's been ongoing for months! For the amount of $$ you pay in rent you should be able to buzz people in like you do in every other apartment in Columbus!!Review from Apartments.com

May 1, 2024As an OSU grad student, I sought a modern, quiet, safe, yet affordable apartment that would suit my location needs. Makley Place is in the heart of it all! Being next to the university and plentiful food options is what sold me on this place. The management team has been amazing with resident events organizations, prompt communication, and is always willing to help me with any questions.Review from Apartments.com
