I would recommend Mala Grove apartments to those moving to Oahu especially for the first time. The staff was easy to work with from the mainland and were super helpful in getting everything together before I landed on island. They are pet friendly which is a huge deal. The location is convenient in that it’s near Pearl City. There are many businesses near the apartments making it a convenient place to live, shop and work is not to far away.

When I go to the office, the staff is kind, and always helpful. I’ve had maintenance work orders, they came within 24hrs or less. The location is great, I work 5mins down the road. I love that it’s a gated community, a pool and fitness center onsite.

We used to live here before we moved to the mainland nearly 10 years ago. There are major differences since then, such as better access to repairs and to the staff, improved neighborhood appearance, a feeling of living in a secure and safe community, less pests, and a courteous staff available 6 days a week.

It has been a delight to be a resident at Mala Groves Townhomes. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are amazing. The staff are second to none. Not only is it beautiful,but it is safe too. The property is gated and regularly monitored by security. If you are looking for Aloha, you will find it at Mala Grove Townhomes.

These apartments are decent, the roach infestation is ridiculous and the community is dirty. For the price of rent, extra fees, and amount to move out , I would not recommend this place to families.

This place is amazing! Probably the best experience i have living on this part of the island waipahu area! Its a great safe place. And very clean and organized. My children love it there is so much things to do! And A very nice living enviorment and space. I am honored to be a resident of Mala Groove.
