Decent but maintenance and quality is lacking.
June 29, 2023Overpriced and poorly maintained. “Newly renovated” means apartment special. Floors creak, doors in bad condition, railings in stairways are loose, paint on walls looks like a blind person did it, poorly insulated walls. You need to keep the ac on in the summer otherwise it gets really hot (at least on the 3rd floor) When I moved in my bathroom door didn’t even have a door handle it was sitting on the counter and I ended up putting it on myself because no one would pick up the phone at the ...office. Overpriced for bad quality
June 11, 2023Maintenance is lacking, walls are extremely thin! To the point enough people complained to the office that they emailed everyone living here that they should be quiet because of how thin the walls are! Parking isn’t too bad but there is a good amount of cars that don’t even run just sitting in this parking lot. First year of rent is whatever they have the prices set at then they go up $200 when you renew you lease for the next year. Don’t let the freshly renovated apartments fool you. Its decent
April 23, 2023I'll make this short and sweet with the good and the bad. Good -Location isn't terrible, street the apartment is on is full of potholes however. Not that they are responsible for the street but just something to keep in mind. -Plenty of room for parking -On site laundry however not in each unit Bad -Overpriced compared to other apartments and what you get for this price -Walls are very thin especially in the studios. To the point most the neighbors complain about each other. (general conversation ...can be heard from anyone living above, below, or across from you with ease) -P.O. Boxes inside of building, USPS only. Fedex, Amazon, and UPS will leave boxes outside if you are not home. These boxes usually end up stolen -Maintenance requests take an extraordinary amount of time to fulfilled. 1 week minimum wait for something minor to be even looked at in my experience so far. Maintenance is also very unprofessional in how they will treat your belongings in your apartment. At the end of the day its a place to live, don't expect to sleep quietly in these apartments!
