Wonderful family friendly community, great value
September 4, 2015We rent a condo at the Mallard Cove Condominium Complex in the Park Overlook neighborhood. The condo is spacious and in good condition, comes with a ton of storage and a full size washer and dryer! Condo residents have access to the community pool and clubhouse. The neighborhood is beautiful and green, and there is a park nearby. Great for families. The local elementary school is very highly rated. A much better value than the nearby King Farm apartments, which are just down the road.Review from Apartments.com
