False advertising unprofessional property manager

Roaches and mice everywhere. Laundry room is always nasty and the ceiling is falling down and the machines never work. Pool has only been opened two weeks in eight years. No volleyball court . Tennis court has been closed for fifteen years because of neglect. You have to buy your own filters for central air and heat. You will be charged for maintenance issues. The only area newly renovated is the property managers office.

I lived there from 2015 to the end of 2016 for college and I loved it. I had been trying to find a cheap decent place to live for college and searched for awhile. When meeting the property manager for the first time I knew this was an environment I could be around and like! Affordable and a good neighborhood. Any issues I had with my apartment was handled quick and professional. Never had any issues with other residents,employees or the environment.

Neighborhood not bad and the soccer complex is in walking distance as well as the city recreation park...however there are soo many roaches and no matter how clean you keep your apartment...you will still have roaches living with you because of not so clean neighbors...i had bugs coming in from the patio door which was in the master bedroom as well...i had to constantly pick up bugs...if you like living like that then maybe its a good place for you but if not you better look elsewhere!!

I just wrote a review about Mallard creek apts. Our problem was that no one in mgmt. every contacted my fiamce or I for just simple information and how we go about the process. We called for more info. for over two weeks with no response we left phone numbers and email address. It was a simple request. well this is the second review I have written because somehow our first review was removed. Tennants complained of roaches and ceiling leaks and also leaking pipes under sinks with no one coming ...
by to fix these issues. Therefor we are very happy we never received a call or answer back. Ewww! Its grose having to live like that. I am sure this will get removed again before too many people see it. I am sorry for the ones already tied down to a lease with issues like this. My next letter will be to the Statesville Record and Landmark. So go ahead and remove this 2nd review also. Some serious changes need to be made and we hope you can mange better and do Your job

WE have lived here for 6 yrs. There is no volleyball court, basketball court, and the tennis court is in desperate need of repair.The rent here is fairly reasonable...but you also GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The apartments themselves are also in need of a lot of attention. The floors need re-carpet or vinyl, counters re-surfaced or re-placed, and bugs...well they are here. Would move if we could afford it...
