Infested and Mismanaged

I moved into Mallard Creek and within 30 days, the apartment was infested with fleas and carpet beetles, my pets got sick, and the hot water didn’t work. I was hit with $900 in hidden pet fees, and the unit became completely unlivable.
I was forced out of my apartment for 18+ days due to the infestation — and received zero compensation for the disruption, costs, or health risks.
As a 100% disabled veteran, I’m shocked at how poorly I was treated. No urgency. No respect. No ...
accountability.
Avoid this place at all costs. It may look clean from the outside, but it’s a disaster behind the scenes.

Rude and unprofessional management.
When I moved in, the apartment was unusable with a hole in the ceiling and no light in a room. I suffered the repair at my entrance. The water service is the most expensive in the world and sometimes it's dirty. There is a great indiscipline with non-client cars that sleep inside the condominium.They just want your money .I have the feeling management see their customers as adversaries and bad people.
