Wonderful
August 21, 2025We like the lakes and the pool the most. The gym is new but I haven't used it. Looks really nice. The office people are responsive and text me back which is better than my last place. The townhomes here are awesome its like 1700 square feet and has a garage. Love it.Property Manager Responded

I overall recommend
May 23, 2025The community is well kept, maintenance responds appropriately as well. It’s an older apartment complex, but quiet and safe. The only negative is communication. At times, water is turned off due to a community issue, but I’ve yet to see a text or email. But, If you have direct questions, the leasing office is informative and will get back to you.Property Manager Responded

I would recommend... (Verified Renter)
February 25, 2022I would recommend due to the quiet neighbors, the pool is rarely crowded, everyone seems friendly enough. I would not recommend only because not enough updates to the inside of the units are done or when appliances are replaced, they are replaced with used dented ones etc. (My dishwasher) or not replaced/fixed at all (my refrigerator)Review from Apartments.com
