Love my apartment
November 23, 2019I moved in a month ago I love it here. My apartment is so cute. And i live in the back side. And i see all kinds of animals like deers ,rabbits, birds, very nice to watch. So glad I moved in and the best part is my two daughters live here on the property as will. So I get to see my grandchildren as much as I want to.Review from Apartments.com
Mallard Glen
August 4, 2015This place does accept government housing so that is a definite plus. When I first moved in 12 years ago, nothing was really around it. Now, it's in the center of Amelia which is really nice. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. However, the rent has increased so much and they are constant. The manager is rarely there. She's only in the office if rent is due or if she's showing an apartment. On the rare occasion, she might show up at 3pm and leave by 5pm. The doggy cleanup bags are ...empty a lot and stay empty all winter. If you complain, you risk retaliation by the manager. The maintenance guy is really helpful and really nice. The older neighbors are very nosy. If you don't have a car or are using government housing, this is an okay place. It is very annoying though and not worry it if you have other choices.
