Very Nice Community
June 26, 2023My husband and I were looking to downsize from a condo and toured this place several times. The platinum units are just perfect for us and come with all the appliances. Kira has been amazing to work with, she is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area as well which sold us on this location. Poor Management
April 25, 2023Don’t sign a lease here!! The manager is really rude and will likely let you know this up front. She dresses like trash most days she bothers doing her job and the only time she looks professional or is nice is when someone important is coming. The manager has poor customer service skills and when you complain about another tenant or issues within your unit she gets defensive and refuses to take anymore calls from you. I’ve had numerous issues since signing a lease here and if the things I ...mentioned so far don’t bother you then go for it. Be prepared for rent to be HIGH and your renewal to be even HIGHER. I have been living here for almost month now
March 31, 2023I have been living here for almost month now and it has been great. The move-in process was super simple and the apartment was in great shape. There was one small thing that needed to be replaced when we moved in, and it was taken care of immediately. The apartment size is perfect for me and my kids. The property is so quiet and peaceful. There are constantly people around walking their dogs! Kira, the manager is the sweetest and has been great to work with as well.
