June 9, 2025They gave me the apartment dirty and unfixed even after almost 15 days I have my things in a storage because I have not been able to move since Grey Start has not taken responsibility for delivering the apartment in poor, dangerous and unsanitary conditions, I was in contact with Lena S. who at first hand was quite understanding and tried to help me but now she stopped answering emails completely and despite asking me to do basically what Grey Start is supposed to do, which is find a contractor ...and ask for an estimate for the repairs, after getting it and sending her everything necessary she simply stopped answering my emails, so until now it seems to me a lack of respect on the part of the Grey Star company, knowing that this is an emergency case for me to move, they stop responding to me even though I have already spent money, time and patience in this situation only because they were not able to give me a unit suitable to live in! However, Lena has been quite receptive in the past, and I know they're currently transferring the community, so I'll give it a couple more days and see if I can update my overall review! But so far, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating.Property Manager Responded

horrible place to live....
May 30, 2016I live in this place back for 3rd time it use to be okay apt until new manager especially assistant manager she is very friendly with towing company employee who live in this apt seeking for car to tow every minute of the day .... one nite I came home from work using my break time my break is 30 min from my work it takes about 7 minutes to come to this apartment and 7 minutes to go back and by time I got out of this apartment I still got 15 minutes left so that tells me that I was only be in ...apartment for less than 2 minutes and towing car was already there when I got out I told him you can't tow my car because nothing was attached to my car first of all and I only been here a few minutes so I was kind of arguing with Towing Company employee and I pressed my key to get in the car cuz it wasn't attached to anything and he just threw himself out of the truck and body slammed me twice.... assistant manager was there and she didn't even say nothin to a towing Employee so I asked her how does towing company got here so quick and she said it's none of your business you don't need to know and tow my car anyway I called police officer to advise me what can I do on this instant they asked me are you feel threaten I say yes I feel very threatened and he asked me you really think that he is doing his job or he was actually trying to hurt you and I said how can I deter mind he actually trying to hurt me or he's doing his job when he use his body to block me from getting in a car I don't think there is necessary for him to use his body against hundred pound little women like me anyway my assistant manager didn't even say one word to that Towing Company employee I'll let this go that night because I was so so stressed out and I don't want to fight and argue anymore they already told my car anyway so I walk all the way to work I asked him to give me my bag and phone in my car and didn't even give it to me so I gotta work all the way to work it was raining today I got so much to say about this apartment but there's too much to say this towing company employees threatened me every time he sees me looking at me and I just can't handle this anymore I hope everybody realize before you move in your car is always going to be watched every minute of the day towing car is driving around this apartment every 5 minutes seemse night and looking for car to tow Andy Towing Company employee leaves right next building to my apartment whenever he feel like to towRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
